The Supreme Court of India has slapped ₹3 lakh fine on stand-up comic and YouTuber Samay Raina for failing to comply with its directives regarding disability inclusion. A bench led by Chief Justice Surya Kant observed that Raina had "taken the court for a ride" by not inviting specially-abled individuals to his show, India's Got Latent, or coordinating with the Cure SMA India Foundation as previously mandated following offensive jokes.
