By accessing or using NewsBite, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nature of the service

NewsBite is a news aggregation and discovery tool. We do not produce, edit, or publish original news journalism. We collect publicly available headlines and short descriptions from 46 RSS feeds operated by third-party publishers, display them for discovery purposes, and provide a direct backlink to every original article.

  • All article content belongs to the original publisher.
  • NewsBite makes no claim of copyright over any headline, image, or article text.
  • Clicking any story takes you to the publisher's website, not a NewsBite copy.
  • AI-generated summaries are convenience tools only and are not journalism.

Source attribution

Every headline on NewsBite displays the publisher name. Every article card links to the original source URL. We maintain a complete public directory of all 46 RSS feeds we aggregate, with backlinks to each publisher's website.

Takedown & removal policy

We take publisher rights seriously. If you are a publisher, copyright holder, or authorised representative and have any concern about:

  • An RSS feed we aggregate
  • A specific headline or link appearing on NewsBite
  • Your brand or content being listed on our Sources page

Contact us and we will remove the content or feed promptly without further questions. No lengthy disputes, no conditions. We respect your decision.

Please include the feed URL or article link in question. We aim to action requests within 48 hours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use NewsBite to scrape or bulk-download content for republication.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or disrupt the service.
  • Use AI summaries as a substitute for reading original reporting without verification.
  • Misrepresent NewsBite as the original publisher of any news content.

AI summarization disclaimer

Optional AI summaries are generated by third-party models (Google Gemini, OpenAI) and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. They do not represent NewsBite's editorial opinion because NewsBite has no editorial team. Always verify information against the original publisher's article.

Disclaimer of warranties

NewsBite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of aggregated headlines. Feed availability depends on third-party publishers and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewsBite and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on aggregated content, or AI-generated summaries. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

Third-party links

NewsBite contains links to external publisher websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. All external links open in a new tab with appropriate referrer policies.
