Over 160 Delhi PG Buildings Need Repairs, Four Declared Dangerous: Survey

Following a high court order after the Satya Niketan building collapse, a civic survey in Delhi identified four "dangerous" paying guest accommodations. The audit of over 2,250 PG buildings housing 47,000 people also flagged 25 structures for major repairs and 138 for minor repairs. Most vulnerable buildings were found in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi's South Zone.
