Govt Proposes Mandatory CCTV Surveillance at Pharmacies for Prescription Drugs

The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has proposed making CCTV surveillance mandatory at drug stores to track prescription medicine supply, but the All India Organisation of Druggist and Chemist Association has opposed the plan, citing impracticality and financial burden on small pharmacies.
