The District and Sessions Court in Bhopal has awarded ₹75.26 lakh compensation with 6% annual interest to the family of a bank officer killed in a road accident. Syed Mohammad Sajid died on the spot on April 5, 2025, after a mini-truck struck his motorcycle from behind in Chopra Kalan village. The insurance company claimed Sajid was negligent and the driver lacked a valid licence, but the court ordered the payout.
