UP Police Rescue Kidnapped Baby Intended For Ritual Sacrifice

Uttar Pradesh Police rescued a two-month-old infant from New Delhi after he was stolen from his home in Maharajganj district. Police arrested three people, including two women, at the Kashmiri Gate bus stand. The baby was allegedly kidnapped to be sacrificed on Amavasya. The accused acted on the advice of an occult practitioner in Nepal, believing the ritual would stop premature deaths in their family. Police tracked down the suspects following a complaint filed on November 3.
