PASIR Urges President to Stop SIR Voter Rolls for Future Elections

PASIR, a coalition of organisations, has urged President Droupadi Murmu to ensure no further elections are held using the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) voter rolls. The group demands prosecution of the Chief Election Commissioner, restoration of voting rights, and comprehensive electoral reforms to curb money and muscle power. A nationwide campaign, Reclaim Our Democracy, will begin on November 26 to protest the SIR system.
