A special POCSO court in Ajmer has fined a woman ₹5,000 for filing a false rape case against her neighbour using her minor daughter. The police investigation revealed the accusation was fabricated due to a land and cattle grazing dispute. The court penalized her for attempting to defame and pressure the neighbour over their personal conflict.
