INDIA Bloc Postpones Public Impeachment Of Election Chief Due To Bad Weather

The opposition INDIA bloc has postponed its planned public impeachment of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar in New Delhi to October 31 due to bad weather. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi is expected to address the media during the event.

The opposition alliance is protesting against alleged electoral manipulation through the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. The alliance stated that the event will avoid imagery that could mock Parliament as an institution.
