Supreme Court Questions Election Commission on Voter Registration Process

The Supreme Court asked the Election Commission why voters who were deleted from draft rolls for not filling enumeration forms are being told to use Form 6, which requires applicants to declare they have not been electors before. The court noted that some voters may have changed their addresses or been traveling at the time, and suggested allowing them to fill the enumeration form instead. The Election Commission will examine the suggestions made by the court.
